What does this fault code mean?
The infotainment control module (ICM) checks the warm-up of the display. The code is set when the module registers a signal outside its normal temperature range, which points to a temperature that is too high.
Possible causes
- Internal fault inside the ICM unit
What you can do
- 1Check that the fuses are intact. Their locations are in the owner's manual or on the fuse box cover
- 2Switch the ignition on and watch the display. Note whether it is slow to light or looks odd while warming up
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool, read the fault code after switching the ignition on, clear it and check whether it returns
- 4If the code returns after clearing, the fault is most likely in the infotainment control module, which then needs replacing. A workshop does this
