What does this fault code mean?
Faults on the hard disk are detected by the head unit (IHU) after its self-check has run. The code is stored when the hard disk has an internal fault, which can mean that voice guidance does not work and saved locations disappear.
Possible causes
- The hard disk in the head unit is broken
What you can do
- 1Clear the code and check whether it returns after a drive
- 2Check that the fuses are intact
- 3After clearing the code, check that voice guidance and saved locations work, and see whether they disappear again
- 4If the fault remains, have a workshop check and, if needed, replace the infotainment head unit
