What does this fault code mean?
The head unit (IHU) monitors voltage on the AUX2 output's signal wires. The code is stored when the voltage on the signal wire is too low, which points to a short-circuit to ground in the wire.
Possible causes
- The signal wire is short-circuited to ground
What you can do
- 1Clear the code and check whether it returns after the ignition is switched on
- 2Check that the fuses are intact
- 3Disconnect the accessory from the AUX input and see whether the code clears
- 4Check the AUX cable and its connectors for chafing, damage or places where it may be pinched
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop trace the AUX input and the wiring further
