What does this fault code mean?
The infotainment head unit (IHU) checks the feedback signal from the internal cooling fan. The code is stored when the feedback signal from the fan shows an incorrect value. The fan sits inside the head unit and cools its components.
Possible causes
- The fan inside the head unit is broken
What you can do
- 1Clear the code and check whether it returns after a drive
- 2Check that the fuses are intact
- 3If the fault remains, have a workshop check and, if needed, replace the infotainment head unit
