What does this fault code mean?
The front screen gets its video signal from the infotainment head unit (IHU). The code is stored when the voltage on the signal cable is too low, which may mean the cable is broken.
Possible causes
- The wiring between the head unit and the front screen is damaged
- A break in the signal cable
What you can do
- 1Clear the code and check whether it returns
- 2Check that the fuses are intact
- 3Check the video cable between the head unit and the front screen for breaks, chafing and loose connectors
- 4Use a multimeter to check that the signal cable to the front screen has no break
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop trace the screen and the wiring further
