What does this fault code mean?
The front screen receives its video signal from the infotainment head unit (IHU). The code is stored when the synchronisation of the video signal is incorrect.
Possible causes
- The wiring between the control module and the front screen is damaged
- Incorrect synchronisation of the video signal
What you can do
- 1Clear the code and check whether it returns
- 2Check that the fuses are intact
- 3Check that the video cable between the head unit and the front screen is firmly seated at both ends and free from chafing
- 4If the fault remains, have a workshop trace the screen and the wiring further
