What does this fault code mean?
The head unit (IHU) monitors the signal wires to the AUX output. The code is stored when the signal is missing, which can mean a broken wire. The check is carried out while the control module is switched on.
Possible causes
- A break in the signal wire
What you can do
- 1Clear the code and check whether it returns
- 2Check that the fuses are intact
- 3Check that the cable to the AUX input is intact and that the connectors at its ends are firmly seated
- 4Connect an accessory to the AUX input and see whether the fault remains
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop trace the AUX output and the wiring further
