What does this fault code mean?
At start-up the head unit (IHU) reads the vehicle configuration from the central electronic module (CEM). The code is stored when that configuration does not arrive.
Possible causes
- The vehicle configuration file does not arrive from the central electronic module (CEM)
What you can do
- 1Clear the code and check whether it returns after the car has been started
- 2Check that the fuses are intact
- 3Check that the connectors in the connections to the CAN network are firmly seated and free from oxidation
- 4If the fault remains, have a workshop check the central electronic module (CEM) first and then the CAN network
