What does this fault code mean?
This code is a comparison fault for the battery voltage in the infotainment head unit (IHU). It only needs to be dealt with if it stays active for a long time during the current drive and functions do not work. Otherwise it does not indicate a fault and can simply be cleared.
Possible causes
- Contact resistance in the connections
- A damaged supply wire
What you can do
- 1Clear the code and check whether it returns during a drive
- 2Check that the battery is in good condition and that its terminals are firmly connected
- 3Check that the fuses are intact
- 4Check that the connectors in the supply wiring to the head unit are firmly seated and free from oxidation
- 5If the fault returns and functions still do not work, have a workshop trace the power supply to the head unit
