What does this fault code mean?
The multimedia module (MMM) checks its internal components and finds that communication with the DVD player is broken. The code is set when the DVD player cannot perform the requested task, for example when it is activated.
Possible causes
- The DVD player fails to answer messages from the MMM
- Damaged multimedia module (MMM)
What you can do
- 1Erase the code and activate the DVD player to see whether it responds
- 2Check that the connectors to the DVD player and the multimedia module are fully seated and free from oxidation
- 3If the code returns, have a workshop replace the multimedia module (MMM)
- 4After the replacement a little mixed driving is needed before the traffic information is correct

- The screen information is not refreshed
- The DVD player works poorly or not at all
- The navigation does not work
