What does this fault code mean?
One of the internal parts of the multimedia module (MMM) is not working, which sets the code. The navigation then stops working.
Possible causes
- Damaged multimedia module (MMM)
What you can do
- 1See whether any fuse in the multimedia system has blown
- 2Check that the connectors to the multimedia module are fully seated and free from oxidation
- 3Erase the code and check whether it returns
- 4Have a workshop check the module with diagnostic equipment and replace it if the fault remains
