What does this fault code mean?
The module draws its settings from a vehicle configuration file that sits in the CEM. The code is set when no data at all arrives from that file, and the module then uses standard settings instead.
Possible causes
- The vehicle's configuration is not received
What you can do
- 1Read the codes in the central electronic module (CEM), since the configuration comes from there
- 2Have a workshop check the communication between the central electronic module (CEM) and the multimedia module (MMM) and load the configuration again
- 3Erase the code and road test the car to see whether it returns
