What does this fault code mean?
The blue LED lamp in the charging socket is monitored by the battery charger control module (OBC). The code is set on a short to ground or an overload in the circuit for that lamp, which can show up as a fault signal or reduced charging at the socket.
Possible causes
- Short circuit to ground or overload in the circuit for the blue LED lamp
What you can do
- 1Look for visible damage to the blue lamp in the charging socket
- 2Have a workshop check the wires to the blue LED lamp and the wires between the charging socket and the OBC
- 3The charging system is high voltage, so work on its wiring should be left to a workshop

- The fault signal may be constant or come and go
