What does this fault code mean?
The parking assistance camera module (PAC) converts the picture from the rear camera so it can be shown on the screen. The module has detected that its video encoder is not working when reverse gear is engaged, and the screen then only shows a single colour.
Possible causes
- Internal fault in the parking camera module
What you can do
- 1Check the fuses for the parking camera and the screen
- 2Switch the ignition off and on and select reverse again to see whether the picture returns
- 3If the fault remains, the parking camera module needs replacing
