What does this fault code mean?
The parking assistance camera module (PAC) receives the picture from the rear camera. The fault is set when the control module gets no video signal from the rear camera. The fault can come from poor contact or oxidation at the connections to the rear camera, an open or short circuit in the wire, or a damaged rear camera or parking assistance camera module (PAC).
Possible causes
- Poor contact or oxidation in the connections to the rear camera
- Open circuit or short circuit in the wire to the rear camera

What you can do
- 1Check that the connectors at the rear camera are firmly seated and not oxidised
- 2Check that the wire to the rear camera has no damage, for example chafing or pinching
- 3Have a workshop test by swapping the rear camera. The parking assistance camera module (PAC) is replaced only if that does not help
