The parking assistance camera module (PAC) supplies the power to the camera connected to it. The fault is set when the camera's power supply is short-circuited to ground, and it can come from a damaged wire between PAC and the camera, a damaged camera or a damaged PAC. Park assist does not work while the fault remains.
Possible causes

What you can do
- 1Check that the fuses are intact and that the wire between PAC and the camera is not chafed or pinched
- 2Erase the fault code and test drive with reverse gear engaged to see whether it comes back
- 3Have a workshop measure the camera supply to earth and establish whether the camera or the wire is at fault
