What does this fault code mean?
The parking assistance camera module (PAC) checks its setup against the car's vehicle configuration, which the central electronic module (CEM) holds on file. The fault is set when the configuration does not match the car. It can come from an incorrect configuration file, or from missing or wrong software in PAC. The parking camera does not work while the fault remains.

- Software is missing or wrong in the parking assistance camera module (PAC)
What you can do
- 1Has the parking camera been replaced or moved from another car? Tell the workshop, since it then needs to be configured for your particular car
- 2Erase the fault code and test drive with reverse gear engaged to see whether it comes back
- 3Have a workshop check the car's configuration file and program the parking camera with the right software if needed, or fit it correctly
