What does this fault code mean?
The parking assistance module does not get the right information from the towbar control module (TRM). The code may be stored both when communication with the towbar stops and when the signal from it is of too low quality for the parking assistance. The fault lies in the towbar control module.

What you can do
- 1Check that the fuses are intact; the fuse list in the car shows which one applies
- 2Read and clear the code, then test drive the car to see whether it comes back
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool, check whether the towbar control module (TRM) has stored codes
- 4Have a workshop trace the towbar control module and check that it sends the signal with sufficient quality
