What does this fault code mean?
The parking assistance module has registered an internal system fault in its own control module, a so-called watchdog or microprocessor fault. The fault may be due to missing or faulty software in the module, or to the module being damaged.

- Software is missing or faulty in the parking assistance module
- The parking assistance module is damaged
What you can do
- 1Read and clear the code, then test drive the car to see whether it comes back
- 2If you have a diagnostic tool, check whether the code is set again when the engine runs, after you have cleared it
- 3Have a workshop load the latest software into the parking assistance module
- 4If the fault remains after reprogramming, have a workshop replace the parking assistance module
