What does this fault code mean?
The control module registers when the up and down signals for the passenger window are active at the same time. The fault code is stored when the two signals overlap. The cause is a damaged switch for the window mechanism.
Possible causes
- Damaged switch for the power window mechanism
What you can do
- 1Press the passenger window button up and down, one direction at a time, and check that the window moves correctly
- 2Check that the button is not stuck in any position and that nothing is resting on it
- 3Clear the fault code and check whether it returns
- 4If the fault returns, have a workshop replace the window control panel
