What does this fault code mean?

This code concerns the BLIS system, where a camera sits in each external mirror. The passenger door module (PDM) talks to the camera on the passenger side over LIN and monitors the LED supply. The fault code is stored when the module registers a break in the supply wire to the LED.

Break in the supply wire
The LED is not connected

What you can do

1Start the engine and activate the BLIS system; check that the LED flashes three times
2Check that the LED is firmly connected in its connector
3With a multimeter, check that the wire to the LED has no break
4If the fault code does not return, no further action is needed; otherwise have a workshop check the LED and its wiring
