What does this fault code mean?
The control module has flagged an internal fault, as the window position settings have been lost. This happens when the voltage drops just after the window lift has been activated. Without the settings the automatic window operation does not work.
Possible causes
- Voltage drop after the window lift has been activated causes the window position settings to be lost
What you can do
- 1With the ignition on, press the window switch two steps up and check whether the automatic window operation works
- 2Check that the battery is in good condition and that the battery terminals are secure, since a voltage drop is the cause
- 3Check that the fuses for the window lift are intact
- 4Have a workshop carry out the initialization of the window position
- 5Afterwards, check that the automatic window operation works and that the fault code does not return
