What does this fault code mean?
The rear door control module powers the rear window lift. It has registered that the up relay for the rear window motor is active, although it should be inactive. The relay is stuck in the active state, and the electric window in the rear door then does not work.

- Relay stuck in the active state
What you can do
- 1Check that the relevant fuses are intact
- 2Try the rear window from its switch to see whether it reacts correctly
- 3Check that the glass does not bind and that nothing blocks it in its guides
- 4Have a workshop check the up relay for the rear window motor
- 5When the repair is done, test the window from its switch in both directions and confirm the fault code does not return
