What does this fault code mean?
The control module in the front door powers the window lift. It has registered that the up relay for the window motor is active, although it should be inactive. The relay is stuck in the active state, so the window lift does not work.

- Relay stuck in the active state
What you can do
- 1Check that the relevant fuses are intact
- 2Try the front window from its switch and note how it reacts in both directions
- 3Check that the glass does not bind and that nothing obstructs it in its guides
- 4A workshop should check the up relay that drives the front window motor
- 5After the repair, check that the front window can be operated from its switch and that the fault code does not return
