What does this fault code mean?
The front left door module communicates with the left camera module (LCM) over the LIN bus. The fault is stored when internal parts of the camera module do not work, and then the LED in the blind spot system does not light.
Possible causes
- Internal fault in the camera module
What you can do
- 1Check that the relevant fuses are intact
- 2Drive the car and check whether the blind spot warning works
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool, read the fault code in the left camera module and see which codes are stored
- 4Look for damage and loose connections in the wiring to the camera module
- 5If no fault is found in the wiring, have a workshop check or replace the camera module, since the fault is inside the module
