What does this fault code mean?
The left rear window has lost its position information, so the automatic window operation stops for that window. This can be because initialization was never done, because the setting was lost after a voltage drop while the window lift was in use, or because the power to the control module was interrupted.
Possible causes
- Initialization was not carried out
- The position setting was lost after a voltage drop when the window lift was activated
- Power to the control module was interrupted
What you can do
- 1Check that the control module in the rear door gets power: the fuses should be intact and the connections secure
- 2Try the automatic operation from the rear door switch by pressing two steps up
- 3Move the window manually to its upper turning position
- 4Initialization of the window's position should be done by a workshop
- 5Afterwards, check that the automatic operation works and that the fault code does not return
