What does this fault code mean?
The driver or passenger door module (DDM/PDM) has found an internal fault in its data memory. Since the module itself is the fault, it has to be replaced, and the electric windows and door mirrors may work poorly or not at all. The fault is stored when the module's internal components do not work.

- Damaged driver or passenger door module (DDM/PDM)
What you can do
- 1Read and note the code, clear it and road test the car to see whether it comes back
- 2Check that the fuses are intact; see the owner's manual for where they are
- 3Have a workshop replace the door module, since the fault is in the module itself
- 4After a module replacement the window position must be initialized; have the workshop do this
- 5After the repair, check that the code has gone and that the windows work automatically

- The door mirrors do not fold in
- The door mirror automatic adjustment (memory) does not work
