What does this fault code mean?
The driver or passenger door module (DDM/PDM) has recorded an internal electrical fault in itself. The fault is stored when the module's own components do not work, and then the electric windows may stop working.
Possible causes
- Damaged driver or passenger door module (DDM/PDM)
What you can do
- 1Read and note the code, clear it and road test the car to see whether it comes back
- 2Check that the fuses are intact; see the owner's manual for where they are
- 3Have a workshop replace the door module, since the fault is in the module itself
- 4After a module replacement the window position must be initialized; have the workshop do this
- 5After the repair, check that the windows work automatically
