What does this fault code mean?
The phone module (PHM) has detected an internal fault within itself. The cell phone and Volvo On Call may then work poorly or not at all, and a warning symbol appears together with a message.
Possible causes
- Internal fault in the phone module (PHM)
What you can do
- 1Read and note the code, clear it and road test to see whether it comes back
- 2Check the fuses; see the owner's manual for where they are
- 3If the fault comes back after the road test, have a workshop replace the phone module
- 4After the work, check that the cell phone and Volvo On Call work
