What does this fault code mean?
The phone module (PHM) keeps watch on the integrated GSM/GPRS unit. The fault comes from an internal fault in the phone module, and the cell phone and Volvo On Call may then work poorly or not at all.

- Internal fault in the phone module (PHM)
What you can do
- 1Read and note the code, clear it and road test to see whether it comes back
- 2Check the fuses; see the owner's manual for where they are
- 3If the code comes back, have a workshop replace the phone module
- 4After the replacement, check that the cell phone and Volvo On Call work
