What does this fault code mean?
Too little voltage reaches the carphone box, and the fault is intermittent, so it may come and go. The code is set once a supply fault has been picked up by the keypad unit or carphone control module (PHM). If the code does not come back, no further action is needed.

- Too little voltage reaches the carphone box
What you can do
- 1Read and note the code, clear it and road test the car to see whether it returns
- 2If it returns, check that the connectors to the carphone box and the carphone control module (PHM) are secure and free from corrosion
- 3If the fault still returns, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the power supply to the carphone box
