What does this fault code mean?
The carphone control module (PHM) has found a break in the signal line to the internal reserve antenna. This backup antenna takes over during a connected Volvo On Call session if the usual phone antenna fails. A message may appear in the text display, and the telephone may have no or poor reception.
Possible causes
- Open circuit on the line that carries the signal to the internal reserve antenna
What you can do
- 1Read and note the code before clearing it, so the workshop can see it
- 2Road test the car and check whether the code comes back
- 3Have a workshop replace the carphone control module (PHM), since the fault concerns the internal antenna in it
