What does this fault code mean?
The telephone module (PHM) monitors its own internal functions. The fault is stored when the module finds an internal fault, and then Volvo On Call and the phone functions can stop working.

- Internal fault in the telephone module (PHM)
What you can do
- 1Check the fuses in the fuse box. Their locations are shown in the owner's manual or on the cover of the box
- 2Clear the code and road test the car. If it returns, the telephone module is probably the fault
- 3If the fault remains after the road test, a workshop should replace the telephone module
