What does this fault code mean?
The built-in WiFi module of the telephone module (PHM) reports an internal fault. The fault is stored when the WiFi function is switched on, and then the mobile phone and Volvo On Call can be affected.
Possible causes
- Internal fault in the WiFi module
What you can do
- 1Check the fuses in the fuse box. Their locations are shown in the owner's manual or on the cover of the box
- 2Clear the code and road test the car with the WiFi function switched on, then see whether it returns
- 3If the fault remains after the road test, a workshop should replace the telephone module
