What does this fault code mean?
The telephone module (PHM) checks its internal components, and the fault is stored when an internal fault has occurred. The fault relates to an internal voltage level in the module and can leave Volvo On Call and the phone with no function or reduced function.
Possible causes
- Internal fault in the control module
What you can do
- 1Check the fuses in the fuse box. Their locations are shown in the owner's manual or on the cover of the box
- 2Clear the code and road test the car. If it returns, the telephone module is probably the cause
- 3If the fault remains after the road test, a workshop will replace the telephone module
