What does this fault code mean?
The telephone module (PHM) looks for a local configuration file after a restart. The fault is stored when the file is missing. Car data forwarded to the Volvo On Call service centre when the service is switched on may then be inaccurate, and the phone and Volvo On Call can be affected.
Possible causes
- There is no local configuration file in the telephone module (PHM)
What you can do
- 1Check the fuses in the fuse box. Their locations are shown in the owner's manual or on the cover of the box
