What does this fault code mean?
The left front seat module (PSL) registers too high a voltage on one of the signal wires in the seat circuit. The fault is stored when this occurs.
Possible causes
- One of the signal wires in the seat circuit is shorted to supply voltage
What you can do
- 1Read and note the fault code and clear it
- 2Use a multimeter to check that the seat signal wires have no contact with supply voltage
- 3Check that the connectors to the seat control are secure and free from corrosion
- 4If a short is found, repair or replace the damaged wire, or have a workshop do it
- 5After the repair, check with the controls that the seat can be moved in all directions
