What does this fault code mean?
The control for forward seat length adjustment has been activated for too long, and the fault code is set when this happens. The seat's function button then does not work.
Possible causes
- The control has stuck in the pressed position
- Damaged control panel
What you can do
- 1Press in and release the forward length adjustment control to check that it has not stuck
- 2Read and note the fault code, clear it and run the seat forwards to see whether it returns
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool: check in live data that the control's value changes when the button is pressed and released
- 4Look for damage to the control panel and make sure nothing is stuck in it
- 5If the fault returns, have a workshop replace the control or the control panel
