What does this fault code mean?
The control for backward seat length adjustment has been activated for too long, and the fault code is set when this happens. The seat's function button then does not work.
Possible causes
- The control has stuck in the pressed position
- Damaged control panel
What you can do
- 1Press in and release the backward length adjustment control to see that it is not stuck
- 2Read and note the fault code, clear it and run the seat backwards to see whether it comes back
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool: check in live data that the control's value changes when the backward button is pressed and released
- 4Check that the control panel is not damaged and that nothing has jammed in it
- 5If the fault comes back, have a workshop replace the control or the control panel
