What does this fault code mean?
The control that tilts the backrest forwards has been activated for too long, and the fault code is set when this happens. The function button then does not work.
Possible causes
- The control has stuck in the pressed position
- Damaged control panel
What you can do
- 1Press in and release the backrest forward-tilt control and check that it has not stuck
- 2Read and note the fault code, clear it and test the backrest to see whether it returns
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool: read the control's value in live data and check that it changes when the backrest control is pressed and released
- 4Look for damage on the control panel by the backrest control
- 5If the fault returns, have a workshop replace the control or the control panel
