What does this fault code mean?
The control that tilts the backrest backwards has been activated for too long, and the fault code is set when this happens. The function button then does not work.
Possible causes
- The control has stuck in the pressed position
- Damaged control panel
What you can do
- 1Press in and release the backrest backward-tilt control to see that it is not stuck
- 2Read and note the fault code, clear it and test the backrest tilting backwards to see whether it returns
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool: check in live data that the control's value changes when backward tilt is activated and released
- 4Check that the control panel by the backrest is not damaged
- 5If the fault returns, have a workshop replace the control
