The controls for raising and lowering the rear edge of the seat have been activated at the same time, and the fault code is set then. Seat height adjustment then does not work.
Possible causes
- Incorrect handling of the control panel
- Damaged control panel
- Damaged left front seat module (PSL)
What you can do
- 1Do not press the rear-edge up and down height controls together; release both and try again
- 2Read and note the fault code, clear it and test the height adjustment to see whether the code comes back
- 3Look for damage on the control panel and check that the buttons return when released
- 4If you have a diagnostic tool: check in live data that the value changes when the rear-edge height button is pressed up and down on its own
- 5If the fault returns, have a workshop check the control panel and the left front seat module (PSL)
