What does this fault code mean?
The left front seat module (PSL) checks whether it is configured correctly for the driver's seat and for the stored side mirror settings. The fault code is set when the vehicle configuration does not match the seat's configuration.
Possible causes
- Incorrect software version
What you can do
- 1Read and note the fault code and clear it
- 2Test the seat's electric controls in every direction to see which functions work
- 3If the fault returns, have a workshop download the correct software to the control module and initialise the seat
- 4If the fault remains after new software, have a workshop replace the left front seat module (PSL)

- Memory function for the outside mirror does not work
- Electrically adjusted memory seat does not work at all
