Volvo models this fault code applies to

What does this fault code mean?
The fault is intermittent: the supply voltage to the power seat module (PSM) has on an earlier occasion been too low. The fault is not present now. The seat then does not function at all.
Possible causes
- Supply voltage to the control module too low
What you can do
- 1Check that the battery is fully charged and that its terminals are clean and tight.
- 2Check that the connector to the seat control module is firmly seated and not oxidised.
- 3Check that fuse 24 in the passenger compartment fuse box sits firmly and has no contact resistance or oxidation.
- 4Check that the relay in the fuse box is not defective and that its contacts are not oxidised.
- 5If the fault remains after these checks, have a workshop check the supply to the control module.
Symptoms you may notice1
