Possible causes
- Defective Hall sensor 1
- Internal fault in the seat control module (PSM)
What you can do
- 1Clear the fault code and run the seat to see whether it returns.
- 2If you have a diagnostic tool: run the seat and check that the Hall sensor 1 value counts up and down in both directions.
- 3Check that the connectors to the control module and to the motor with Hall sensor 1 are firmly seated and free from corrosion.
- 4If the fault remains, have a workshop check the motor and the control module.
Symptoms you may notice1
