What does this fault code mean?
The easy-entry control has been registered as pressed both forwards and backwards at once, an invalid button combination in the right power seat control module (PSR). The control may be stuck in two positions. The automatic adjustment of the seat and outer mirror then does not work.
Possible causes
- The easy-entry control is locked in two positions
What you can do
- 1Check whether the control is sticking because of dirt or because something stops it from returning
- 2If you have diagnostic equipment, read the control in live data and check that it does not show as active forwards and backwards at once
- 3Replace the control panel if the control does not spring back on its own and nothing such as dirt or an object is blocking it
- 4Clear the code and road test the car. If it does not come back no further action is needed; if it does, have a workshop carry on with the fault-tracing
