What does this fault code mean?
The right power seat control module (PSR) has lost information about the front seat position, so the front seat position needs to be initialised. The initialisation may have been lost or never completed. Until it is done, seat function is reduced.
Possible causes
- Front seat initialisation has been lost or never completed
What you can do
- 1Check that nothing blocks the seat from moving during initialisation
- 2Have a workshop re-initialise the front seat with diagnostic equipment. This is a calibration of the seat
- 3Clear the code after initialisation and check that it does not come back
- 4Check that the lengthwise, backrest and height adjustments work after initialisation
