What does this fault code mean?
The module (REM) has found a Bi-Xenon position sensor that is not calibrated correctly. The fault may be a sensor that is fitted incorrectly, or a calibration carried out with a load in the car or on an uneven surface, and the road illumination then does not work.
Possible causes
- The xenon lamp position sensor is fitted incorrectly
- The calibration was run with a load in the car or on an uneven surface
What you can do
- 1Make sure the Bi-Xenon position sensor sits properly in place
- 2Have a workshop with diagnostic equipment recalibrate the position sensor, since calibration is a workshop task
- 3On cars with Four-C, the calibration is made through the suspension control module (SUM)
Symptoms you may notice1
- The road surface is not illuminated
