What does this fault code mean?
The rear seat entertainment module (RSE) checks the video signal from the A/V AUX panel. The code is set when the video signal is missing or wrong, and the rear seat entertainment then does not work as it should.
Possible causes
- No video signal is received from the A/V AUX panel
What you can do
- 1Check that the fuses for the rear seat entertainment are intact
- 2Try the rear seat entertainment functions with the buttons and controls to see whether the fault shows itself right now
- 3If the picture is faulty, make sure the IAM, the ICM and the RSE are grounded at one common point and that no contacts are oxidised
- 4With diagnostic equipment, read the parameters in the RSE and see whether the video signal from the AUX panel appears there
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the AUX panel and the wiring to it
