What does this fault code mean?
The rear seat entertainment module (RSE) monitors the left screen and sets the code when it detects an internal fault in that screen. The fault lies in the screen itself, which is damaged.
Possible causes
- Damaged left screen
What you can do
- 1Check that the connectors to the left screen are fully seated and free from oxidation
- 2With diagnostic equipment, read the code together with its stored freeze-frame values to see what kind of fault it is
- 3If the connectors are intact and the fault remains, the left screen may be damaged; replacing it is a workshop job
